What’s involved?

All episodes are pre-recorded using Zoom, meaning you can join me from the comfort of your own home or office anywhere in the world. And since we are only recording audio, no makeup required and pajamas are optional.

All you have to do is share your spiritual beliefs and how they have helped you live a better life. By doing so we will be helping many people who are struggling to integrate their spirituality into their human experience.

You will have an opportunity, if you so choose, to share what you do and any self-promotion you feel comfortable with.

Meet the hosts

If you had met me when I was 35-years-old, you would have never guessed that I’d “grow up” to be a life coach. In fact, what I really needed back then was my own life coach. I spent my adult life as the President & CEO of our family business, driven by the need to be “successful,” to live up to my parents’ expectations. Stress was a big part of my life.
By all accounts & purposes, I had a wonderful life. But, I was so caught up trying to be something I wasn’t & living up to everyone’s expectations of me. I had not yet met my authentic self.
Unfortunately, my health was the first thing to go. I had Crohn’s disease — …

I turned to spirituality throughout my early twenties. It was a book called “You can heal your life” by Louise Hay that saved my life back in 2009. When I hit rock bottom and started soaking up books, spiritual principles, affirmations, meditation practices, yoga trainings, healing techniques and anything else that helped me be a source of love and aid to the world.

From 2010 to 2017 I worked for multiple ad agencies and affiliate marketing companies. I was  living on my own and enjoying the benefits of having a good and stable salary. One day I felt like I hit an “early age midlife crisis”
